Sanofi Recognized by Top Employers Institute for Good Practice in Employee Development.Sanofi has been officially certified today as a 2018 “Top Employer” by the Top Employers Institute. The “Top Employers” certification values Sanofi’s efforts to develop a solid, coherent and employee-centric strategy to position itself among companies offering excellent working conditions.
Additionally, for the first time ever, Sanofi has been awarded the exclusive Top Employers Europe 2018 certification thanks to local certifications of its affiliates in other European countries.
The annual international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute recognises leading employers around the world: those that provide excellent employee conditions nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organization, and which strive to continuously optimize employment practices.
The Top Employers Institute assessed Sanofi’s employee offerings such as its talent strategy, learning and skills development programs, performance management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and
culture.
