WebflowTM is a comprehensive customer support center which provides PCI clients real-time, 24/7 access to a wide range of reports and information regarding the status of their Clinical Trial supplies across all PCI Clinical Services sites in Europe and North America. The new free app, available on Android and Apple iOS, is designed to provide even more flexible access to the WebflowTM offering – enabling customers efficient and effective on demand supply chain management to meet the ever-changing requirements of global trials.

Using the Mobile App to connect to WebflowTM will provide clients with fast and unlimited access to relevant data globally. The app is free to download, easy to use by any customer personnel who want to access the WebflowTM portal on the go and will mirror the customer’s account access that has been available on the internet browser accessible version.

A current WebflowTM client user commented on the new mobile access: “The app is easy to use and a great tool to access the reports and order information I need on demand. Flexible usage of the service is really important in helping me manage my Clinical Trial supplies quickly and efficiently, and I’m pleased that the app is now available to PCI clients to help make our work lives easier.”

Information that can be accessed via the WebflowTM app includes up-to-the-minute inventory levels, pending and outbound order information, as well as the ability to track inventory and shipments across PCI’s global partner depot network. Customer access can be supported from one single client login with visibility across all PCI Clinical sites.

Bob Misher, Senior Vice President for PCI Clinical Services, said: “Web and mobile-based technology continues to drive change in the way in which companies manage their clinical trials, as the availability of real-time information is paramount to a successful outcome of the trial. The WebflowTM app is another tool to support even more flexible access to the data. We are pleased to launch this app to meet the needs of our customers.

“We are wholly committed to the development of innovative solutions to provide our customers with the tools to manage their clinical trials on a day-to-day basis. The launch of the app is an example of our continued investment in the user experience of the WebflowTM system. The tool will significantly benefit our customers and allow even more flexible management of their clinical trial supply processes.”

The app demonstrates PCI’s focus on delivering exceptional customer service and its commitment to continuous innovation.
